Vacant Property Staging
Is the property empty? It’s estimated that a vacant home will sit on the market two to three times longer than an occupied home! We offer a variety of custom options for vacant properties. Proposals are prepared based upon each unique house and specific needs, and include the following:
Pre-Staging
Prior to preparing a proposal, we will visit the property to photograph, space plan, measure and diagram each room to develop a staging design plan. Multiple options may be offered, depending on the rooms to be staged.
Design
Upon acceptance of the proposal and signed agreement, a design is created that is appropriate for each unique house, based on the architectural features, buyer demographic, and price point. Furniture, art and accessories are selected to enhance and showcase the property to its fullest potential.
Staging
Our crew completes the transformation, by delivering the inventory and finalizing the design in the property. (This is the fun part!)
De-Staging
Once an offered has been accepted, and the contingencies have been removed, we will ensure a smooth pick up and load-out of the furnishings prior to closing.
